What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect product?

Am I entitled to a refund if I receive a faulty or incorrect product?

Where a claim of defect or damage is made please return the Goods to the address confirmed by us. You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are defective.

We ask that you pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and send it with the delivery note. Please let us know when you post the item by emailing the above address. We recommend you use a Recorded Delivery service to return the goods.
